1. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your service, please refer to the guidelines below:
πΉ Before Service Activation β You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
πΉ After Service Activation β Once a service has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased:
πΉ Non-refundable β Due to the nature of digital products and services, all one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
πΉ Monthly Subscriptions β You may cancel at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
πΉ Annual Subscriptions β If you cancel within the first 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a partial refund, excluding any services already rendered.
Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

Service Not Delivered β If you did not receive the service within the agreed timeframe.

Technical Issues β If a service failure occurs due to Strivemakeβs system error, and we cannot resolve it.

Duplicate Payment β If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
