At Strivemake, we prioritize your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. This page explains the types of data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the protections we put in place.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, business name, password (hashed), country.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, performance metrics. Used only to improve the product.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe, Paddle, or your chosen processor. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
- Customer-uploaded content — files, images, documents you upload remain yours and are stored encrypted.
How we use it
- To deliver the service you signed up for.
- To communicate with you about product updates and account matters.
- To improve performance and reliability — anonymized analytics only.
- To detect and prevent fraud.
Who we share with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share data only with the third-party services strictly required to run Strivemake (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments, SendGrid for transactional email). All third parties are GDPR-compliant.
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold on you.
- Correction — fix inaccurate data via your account settings.
- Deletion — close your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days.
- Export — download your data as JSON or CSV at any time.
- Objection — opt out of marketing emails with one click.

Data retention
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists, plus 30 days after cancellation. Logs are retained for 90 days. Backups are retained for 30 days.
