Service Agreement
Users agree to abide by the terms outlined in the Service Agreement, which governs the use of Strivemake and its features. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you accept these terms in full.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Strivemake to: send unsolicited spam, store or transmit illegal content, attempt to disrupt the service for other users, reverse-engineer the platform, or resell access without prior written agreement.
Data protection
Strivemake prioritizes the security and confidentiality of user data, implementing industry-standard measures to protect personal and business information. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Daily backups are retained for 30 days.
Payment terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Module add-ons are prorated to your billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
All content, code, design, and trademarks belonging to Strivemake remain the property of Strivemake. Customer data and customer-generated content remain the property of the customer.
Account suspension
Strivemake reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Cancellation
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is preserved for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted unless you request export beforehand.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strivemake's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the previous 12 months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
