Getting started

How do I create my Strivemake account?
Click "Get Started" on any page, pick a plan (or start with the 14-day free trial), enter your email and a workspace name, and you're in.

How long is the free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to whichever plan you pick. Cancel any time before day 14 and you won't be charged.

How do I activate a module?
Inside admin → Add-on Manager → click the toggle next to any module to enable it. Some modules are included in your plan; others are paid add-ons.

Billing

Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Account → Subscription. Changes are prorated.

Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — save 20% when you pay annually instead of monthly.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Stripe (cards), PayPal, Paddle, MyFatoorah, Moyasar, and 60+ other gateways depending on your region.

Modules & features

Can I run multiple businesses on one account?
Yes. Each Strivemake plan supports multiple workspaces. Switch between them with one click.

Can I add my team?
Yes. Invite teammates with role-based access. Each plan includes a different number of seats — see the plans page for details.

Where is my data stored?
Encrypted at rest in our hosting provider's data centers. Daily automatic backups, retained for 30 days.

Security

Is Strivemake GDPR compliant?
Yes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you support 2-factor authentication?
Yes — enable from Account → Security. We support Google Authenticator, Authy, and any TOTP app.

Cancellation & refunds

How do I cancel?
Account → Subscription → Cancel. Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
