We want you to feel confident trying Strivemake. Here's our refund policy in plain language.
14-day free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If Strivemake isn't the right fit, simply don't subscribe — no charges, nothing to cancel.
Money-back guarantee
If you subscribe and decide within 14 days of your first payment that Strivemake isn't right for you, email support@strivemake.com with your account email — we'll refund the most recent payment in full, no questions asked.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window:
- Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the current billing month; no refund for the month already paid.
- Annual subscriptions: prorated refund of the unused months may be offered case-by-case if there is a demonstrable service issue.
Add-on modules
Module add-ons are billed prorated to your billing cycle. If you cancel a module, you keep access until the cycle ends; no refund for the days already used.
Payment processor fees
Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Stripe, Paddle, etc.). Some processors retain a small transaction fee — we cover that for you, you receive the full original amount.
How to request a refund
Email support@strivemake.com with the subject "Refund request" and include your account email. We respond within one business day.
Disputes
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first — chargebacks bypass our customer service and may take longer to resolve than a direct refund.
